Galatians 3:27 beautifully conveys that all who have been baptized into Christ have enveloped themselves in Him, akin to donning a new garment that signifies transformation. This profound truth underlines our mission and purpose.
Through heartfelt teachings, compelling testimonies, and an unwavering faith, we actively engage in the sanctification process — a journey of becoming more like Christ each day. This commitment not only shapes our character but also deepens our connection with Christ and with one another.

They Said Gen Z Left the Faith
The headlines say Gen Z has abandoned Christianity. But what does the data actually show? In this episode, we dig past the clickbait and examine the real numbers — and what we found might surprise you. The faith isn’t dying; it’s shifting. And God is still moving among the next generation.
Somewhere along the way, an entire generation walked away from the church. Not because they hated God — but because the church stopped speaking their language. This episode examines where we went wrong and what Scripture says about reaching the lost sheep right in front of us.
Sometimes God’s goodness in one season can become the very thing that keeps us from stepping into the next. When we grip what He gave us instead of gripping Him, we unknowingly build walls around what was meant to be a doorway. This week’s teaching explores how to hold blessings with open hands.
It’s easy to take a single verse out of context and use it as permission to stay comfortable. For years, one passage became my excuse not to move when God was clearly calling me forward. This episode unpacks how misapplied Scripture can quietly lead us astray.
Jesus didn’t just teach about what we do — He exposed why we do it. There’s a motive that looks spiritual on the outside but is rotten at the core. When we serve, give, or pray to be seen by others, we’ve already received our reward. And it’s never enough.
We say we’re close to God, but how do we know? Proximity isn’t just about church attendance or Bible reading — it’s about the posture of your heart. This reflection challenges you to honestly evaluate where you stand and what “closeness” with God really looks like.
Silence from God can feel like abandonment. But what if His silence isn’t absence — it’s an invitation? Sometimes God goes quiet not because He’s distant, but because He’s waiting for us to lean in, to trust without hearing, and to walk by faith and not by sight.
Following Christ was never meant to be convenient. The kind of Christianity that transforms the world demands something from you — your comfort, your reputation, your plans. But what you gain in return is beyond measure. Are you willing to pay the cost?

Honest Conversations
Real talk about faith, culture, and the Christian walk — no sugar-coating.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the supreme standard for all faith, doctrine, and conduct. (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21)
God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — equal in power, glory, and majesty. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His future return in power and glory. (John 1:1–14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:11)
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells, guides, instructs, and empowers the believer for godly living and service. (John 14:16–17; Romans 8:9–11; Galatians 5:22–25)
Salvation
We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is not earned by human effort but is the work of God through the sacrifice of His Son. (Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10; John 3:16)
Sanctification
We believe that every believer is called to grow in holiness through the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit. Sanctification is the process of becoming more like Christ each day — and this is the mission at the heart of Maintaining Fire. (1 Thessalonians 4:3; Philippians 1:6; Romans 12:1–2)
The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all believers. We are called to fellowship, worship, discipleship, and the proclamation of the Gospel to all nations. (Matthew 16:18; Acts 2:42–47; Ephesians 4:11–16)
The Return of Christ
We believe in the personal, bodily return of our Lord Jesus Christ. This blessed hope motivates us to live holy and godly lives as we await His coming. (Titus 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–18; Revelation 22:20)
“This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.”
— John 15:12-13 (ESV)
